At OZiva, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your OZiva account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
